Shipping Destinations:
We ship across Greece and internationally, offering reliable delivery to most countries. Shipping options and costs vary depending on the destination.

Processing Time:
Every piece is made to order. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing your order. Custom or exclusive items may take additional time, and we will inform you directly of any delays.

Shipping Time:

• Greece: 1-3 business days
• International: 5-15 business days, depending on location.

Shipping Costs:

• For orders over €70 within Greece, shipping is free.
• International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.

Shipping Partners:
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure the safety and prompt delivery of your order. For international deliveries, duties and taxes may apply according to your country’s regulations, and these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages or Lost Packages:
We take the utmost care in packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives safely. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges:
